Wisconsin Distributors serves 30 counties in Southern Wisconsin with two warehouses located in Sun Prairie and Appleton.
The McCormick Family started in Spring Green, WI in 1986 purchasing McCarville Distributing of Spring Green and Mergen Wholesale in Prairie Du Chien. In 2000, they established a majority interest in Wisconsin Distributors. In 2002 Wisconsin Distributors built a new warehouse based in Sun Prairie, where we are headquartered at. In 2006, Wisconsin Distributors purchased Tri-County Distributors in Appleton. In 2017 Wisconsin Distributors purchased River City Distributing of Watertown growing their footprint to 30 counties. With the acquisition of River City, Wisconsin Distributors added several of the finest craft and import breweries to their portfolio.
We distribute domestic, craft and import beers along with craft soda, waters, and energy drinks. Some of our most popular brands include Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois, New Belgium, Goose Island, One Barrel Brewing Company, O’So Brewing Company, Shiner Brewery, Bell’s Brewery, Tyranena Brewing Company, Potosi Brewing Company, and Prime Hydration.
On July 27, an estimated EF-3 tornado swept through the communities of Menasha, Appleton, and Neenah, leaving a significant impact across the area.
In response, Wisconsin Distributors was proud to help support the communities affected. We made deliveries of emergency drinking water to the American Red Cross, Appleton Fire & Rescue, Neenah-Menasha Fire & Rescue, and The Salvation Army.
We’re proud to work alongside @anheuserbusch and National Volunteer Fire Council @mynvfc to bring emergency drinking water to the volunteer firefighters and organizations supporting those impacted by the storm.

Celebrating 25 years with Wisconsin Distributors, Aaron Bittner has become a vital part of the WDI team through his hard work, dedication, and years of experience across many different roles.
He started his WDI journey as a merchandiser before becoming a driver in the Portage/Pardeeville area. Through this role, he learned a lot about how easily you can flip a few barrels and explode a few cases down tavern stairs. From there, he moved into a tell sales driver position, eventually becoming an assistant for two different teams before stepping into a Team Leader role. Today, he plays a vital role in our Set Department, where his knowledge and experience continue to make a huge impact.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his three kids, who are now all full-fledged adults, and traveling whenever he gets the chance. He’s especially fond of beach trips and road trips but also enjoys watching March Madness and World Cup tournaments, hiking and exploring, and relaxing with his wife with a good beverage on a great patio.
